You agree that your listing in the financial planning directory is subject to Fairfax standard advertising terms and conditions. In addition to such terms:

You warrant that:

  • you have obtained all appropriate licences, authorisations, rights and clearances any entity that are necessary to provide financial planning services; and
  • your listing in the financial planning directory complies with all relevant laws.
  • You will indemnify Fairfax, its officers, employees and agents against all costs, losses or damages (including legal costs on a party and party basis) resulting from, or incidental to, any claim or action for:
  • alleged infringement of any law (including without limitation trade practices/fair trading, companies and privacy laws) relating to the listing;
  • a claim by a third party relating to your financial planning services; and breach by you of the warranties above.

Insurance

You must maintain policies for professional indemnity insurance for the financial planning services and public and product liability insurance (minimum of $5 million and excess no greater than $20,000 per occurrence).
